Control is something I’ve always clung to — maybe because, living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, I so often feel like I’m losing it. As time passes, my body continues to change, and I find myself wrestling with fear, acceptance, and the quiet awareness that time is precious.

My new blog, “Holding On While Letting Go,” shares a very personal reflection on what it feels like to watch life move ahead and still find peace in the process. It’s honest, emotional, and filled with the reminder that even when we can’t control what happens, we can still choose how we respond.
